C63000 Aluminium Bronze Flange
C63000 aluminum bronze, also know as QAl10-4-4 is the most commonly used grade of nickel aluminium bronze with high strength and good wear resistance. The C63000 chemical composition includes aluminum (9.0-11.0%), iron (2.0-4.0%), nickel (4.0-5.5%), copper (balance), tin (0.2%), zinc (0.3%), manganese (1.5%), silicon (0.25%), etc. C63000 aluminum bronze has stable mechanical properties and good wear resistance below 400 ℃, making it suitable for manufacturing high-strength wear-resistant parts and parts that work below 400 ℃. The iron, nickel, and aluminum in its alloy can form a martensitic K-phase with an ordered body centered cubic lattice. By appropriate heat treatment, the precipitation morphology and size can be controlled, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the alloy. In addition, C63000 aluminum bronze has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water, and seawater.
