Baoding Guokun machinery

Baoding Guokun is professional in machining various medium to large casting components from small volume to high volume production. And we have equipped with various inspection machinery to meet or exceed the most demanding quality, like spectrometer, Metallographic analyzer, various calipers, coordinate measuring machine (CMM), ultrasonic testing (UT), Dye Penetrant testing (PT), X-ray testing, various gauges, hardness tester, etc.

Investment casting involves pouring the liquid steel into a hollow ceramic shell. Once the liquid steel has cooled and solidified, the hydraulic cylinder mounting brackets will be casted successfully. The lost-wax investment casting technique are mainly used for mild steel, alloy steel and stainless steel eye bracket or clevis bracket. The investment casting drive shaft flange yokes are with tight tolerance, smooth finish and low-cost compared with drop forged flange yokes.

Sand casting: Sand casting process is an industrial metal casting process that involves creating a mold from sand and pouring molten metal into it, generally used to cast the shaped parts of nearly any design, including large parts and those with internal passages. Baoding Guokun can produce various sand cast parts in cast iron, ductile iron, gray iron, low-carbon steel, mild steel, alloy steel for pump, valve, agriculture, railway, road, forklift, tillage, mining, automotive, medical, food, and aircraft, etc

Die casting is a metal casting technique used to produce metal components by injecting molten metal (Aluminum alloy, Zinc alloy or Magnesium alloy) into a mould cavity. Baoding Guokun can use this cost-effective metal casting process to manufacture high-quality and complex metal castings with tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes, such as gears, engine blocks, furniture handles and electrical components.

Lost foam casting is a metal casting process for creating metal parts by using a foam pattern that evaporates when molten metal is poured into it.
