Working principle of incinerator grate system
The incinerator grate system is designed to push combustible waste into the furnace through the feeding port with the assistance of the moving grate bars movement and burn it at high temperature. Specifically, the travelling grate bars are driven by the chain and moves at a certain speed to push combustible waste into the furnace through the feeding port. In the furnace, combustible waste is rapidly burned by high temperature and oxygen, producing high-temperature flue gas and ash residue. The flue gas enters the waste heat utilization system through the action of the induced draft fan for waste heat utilization, while the ash residue is discharged through the slag removal machine.
Maintenance of incinerator grate system
